Turun Berat Badan Anda, Tanya Saya Bagaimana!

Eyhh, jangan tanya saya! Saya tak tahu! (Iklan sampingan).


First of all, Alhamdulillah, i have never felt this satisfied for so long. Some of you might have knwn that i am currently running a small, cheeky sales blog called This Is So Fashion. Mesti ramai tertanya-tanya, why not Kedai Anak Pak Abdul? why not Kedai Borong Eksklusif? Nama-nama tu memang ada dalam senarai u don't have to worry. The first time when i decided to start on a sales blog, i really-really like the name "Kedai Anak Pak Abdul". Why not kan? Anak Pak Abdul yang punya kedai, bukannya Pak Abdul (sbb Pak Abdul, my beloved late father is now far-far away). And my other-half came up with "Kedai Borong Aida". Adoii aiii. Dia kata ala-ala macam Mydin, akan ramai punye customers nanti.

Alhamdulillah again, even though being named as "This Is So Fashion" not "Kedai Borong Aida", customers do visit the blog. Many of them emailed to make a purchase, and ada a few drop a message to say Hi. And i'd realized, in just one month, the number of customers have reached 30+. :) :). Time Kasih daun keladi!! *Hugs*.


Okay, berbalik kepada turun berat badan (Ya, memang ada kaitan dengan tajuk), i went to the gym right after class in the afternoon, alone. Did 30minutes running and elevated fast-walking on the treadmill and 20minutes on the strider. It felt really good! Here at the University of Southampton, the facilities are absolutely tip-top, and way better than Fitness First (UK). Since they have increased the price of the membership for students from 80pounds to 95pounds a year, all the machines have been replaced which is great. I might be going to the gym again tomorrow or spend some time in the pool which located in the same building as the gym.

Alhamdulillah again. A month seriously watching over what i eat, i have managed to lose 4kgs. And perhaps by doing some running, swimming and striding (?), i'll lose another 5kgs in a month? :)

aku dah seminggu lebih tak g gym, sengal2 badan weh hahaha too busy but i think i have to find some time for exercising

Rasyidah: Yup, once dah start, u shldn't have not stopped. That's why i hate abt exercising. Bila stop gym senang naik berat la. ;p

Jivebum: Thanksss! Before this pink, but i guess pink is so outdated for the time being. I'm thinking of going for yellow/mustard colour, but it seems too bright pula. :)

akak pun tengah menjalani diet plan with herbalife..adus..ada gak langgar pantang...selalu la......bila tiba weekends..adus...susah nak diet...

Mama Azlina: Yeke kak? My mum pun is currently taking herbalife. Rasanya dah 1+ months. Dia on-off jugak, but managed to lose 2kgs. Tapi aida tak opt for Herbalife, but i cut the portion of rice, white bread and dairy. Dah 1 month ni, rasa nak mkn apa2 pn kurang. Sampai kan at night tak rasa nak mkn, but perut pedih. So, aida makan oatcakes/oatmeal bread. Less fat but could satisfy your hunger. Go Kak, kuatkan semangat! :) :)

Aida..I pon tgh intensively on diet sbb during pregnancy I gained a lot of weight!! I have more less 7 kg to get rid of to get back my before-pregnant-weight..marilah kite sesame bersenam!!=)

Mira!! Aiyooo, u gained weight sbb pregnancy. Takpe, i once read an article saying that xkira la how hard we are trying to increase or decrease our weight, our body will try to retain our normal weight (which is your weight b4 pregnancy i guess). I xmau maintain weight, so kene exercise. Mari beramai2 kawan2!! ;pp
